Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form you ask LuxRide Kochi to arrange a chauffeur request. You confirm that you have read these terms and you give consent for your request to be passed to a third party who may actually provide the ride.
1. We arrange. A third party may fulfil.
LuxRide Kochi operates this website and receives booking enquiries. The vehicle, chauffeur, and on-ground transfer may be supplied by an independent third-party operator, driver, or partner. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed contract of carriage until a concierge or the assigned operator accepts it and confirms details with you.
2. Your consent to share details
You consent to LuxRide Kochi collecting the information you enter (name, email, phone, pickup, drop-off, notes, vehicle preference, and estimated fare) and sharing it with the third-party operator assigned to fulfil or quote your trip. You also consent to being contacted by LuxRide and that operator through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for this request.
3. You must be the person submitting
You confirm that you are the guest (or you have authority to book for the guest), that the details are accurate, and that you are giving this consent yourself. Do not submit someone else’s personal data unless they have asked you to.
4. Estimates are not a final bill
Fares shown on this site are estimates based on the published formula. Tolls, parking, waiting, extra kilometres, night charges, or changes to the route may be billed by the operator. Currency conversion is for display only. Nothing on this form guarantees a specific car, driver, or price until confirmed in writing or on WhatsApp.
5. Responsibility on the road
Once a third-party chauffeur is assigned, that operator is responsible for the vehicle, driving, permits, insurance, and the journey. LuxRide Kochi is not a taxi stand and does not itself carry passengers. To the extent allowed by law, LuxRide is not liable for delay, breakdown, accident, loss of luggage, or the conduct of an independent operator, except where we cannot exclude liability.
6. Cancellation and changes
Tell us as soon as plans change. Cancellation, waiting, or no-show charges (if any) will follow what the assigned operator or our concierge confirms with you before the trip.
7. How to withdraw consent
If you do not agree, do not tick the box and do not submit the form. After you submit, you may ask us to stop using your details for this request by writing to the email shown on this website. We may still keep a record where we must for legal or dispute reasons.
